Since you are the author of "Toxic Sludge Is Good For You", I wonder what your considered opinion is of hormesis. Too much arsenic will kill you, but does that mean the less the better? Advocates of the hormesis theory say that the optimum amount of arsenic and some other stuff is significantly greater than zero.
Kind of like, a no-salt diet is bad for you, because that leads to dehydration or something (I don't know the language of science as well as you). But too much salt is bad, too.
Or, like, not enough water and you die of thirst, but drinking gallons and gallons of can kill ya.
Before I start [[Hormesis]], I'd like to hear from someone we can trust: an expert.
