Spinoffs are not splitting. Assumeing no lisence problems we aquire all the good stuff anyway.
The one we're talking about was quite definitely a split. Please try to keep to the topic (rather than switching from the specific case under discussion to the general case back to a different specific case).
You seem to be wanting to *make* them.
I have made one.
