I need this too because someone from Camille Paglia's university is offering us a picture of her (and wrote to me out of the blue), and it'd be great if I had a standard release form they could sign and send to me.

I know. That's why I'm trying to get a good template for a letter or email, explaining the GFDL and assorted legal info. Is such a thing available somewhere, or should I just steer them to [[Wikipedia:Copyrights]]?
