For sure, OTRS is only really useful when you think there might be a
problem, and need documentation. Otherwise it just takes 5 times as
long, for no obvious gains. :) I'm not bashing otrs, usually we're
slow for a reason, but when people are willing and smart enough to
upload themselves, with no likely conflict please don't send that to
otrs! :D
And I don't think your message was very attacky, but maybe some people
react more to "bloody" than others, I'm american so it means almost
nothing to me. ;)
