Better. I also like the idea to do the same with arbitrators (like a jury)...and with sysops :-)
Of all the ideas in Sheldon's original letter, this was the only one I might think about agreeing with (sorry, Sheldon). The problems would be
1. Ensuring participation--what if people are asked and nobody shows?
2. Getting a representative pool to ask from.
