Is there a secure / https server available for the project?

To the best of my knowledge, we don't yet have a https server set up. I'll ask Richard (Austin) about it—he's been responsible for pretty much all of the site's technical (= shell) configuration so far.

Hopefully we can have a secure server up and running soon.
