The Mediation Cabal has no power to intervene. Medcom is limited to dealing with cases where both parties agree and there are no investigative powers. Something must have gotten to the point where it is fairly serious for Arbcom even to look at it.

At the end of the day, that's ArbCom (there are various steps before that, of course). Of course, there's no court of appeal if you disagree with ArbCom (I think it's still on the books that you can
appeal to Jimbo, but that's only intended for exceptional
