I am not sure if anyone is taking this seriously, but I am surprised that one person can easily block a potentially large number of people from editing Wikipedia, then ignore repeated pleas to unblock!
This process definitely needs to be revised, because keeping users blocked for weeks is clearly against the concept of wiki's open, contributory model.
Maybe CNET can pickup on this and shed some light on yet another Wikipedia flaw.

Thank you for contacting me. It would be most helpful if you provided me with the following information so that I or someone else may assist you:
- Your Wikipedia account name
- Your IP address (the one that is blocked)
- The name of the institution your IP address belongs to
Best regards,
HM

Mohamad, I looked for that IP address on the log but can't find it so I assume someone else has unblocked you. Let me know if that's not the case.
