This is actually a very instructive and well-done article history to review.
Early on, the vandal's edits were re-edited, in an attempt to make the article better.
Soon, "Someone else" and Zoe and Mav started reverting. Eventually, Mav spend 10-15 minutes reverting and re-reverting and re-reverting. If anything, this was _too kind_ of Mav... I hate to see him wasting his time this way. But, it was a valiant effort to not have to protect the page.
And finally, Mav protected the page.
Whoever 'Annetit'/'AgainstCensure' is, they are the sort of person who, if they did not login, would be quite easily and correctly banned immediately for vandalism.
