To Whom it May Concern:
I was unfairly blocked by nandesuka for allegedly violating the 3-revert rule. I only reverted once. In no way did I revert four times in a 24-hour period (or any other period for that matter). I was unaware of the 3-revert rule prior to this incident. I have since registered for an account with wikipedia and have become a subscriber to wikien. I enjoy wikipedia and I like to correct errors which I have located with a high amount of frequency.

And your IP. If you weren't registered at the moment you were blocked, it's your IP that's the problem.

Presumably this is either
05:30, 2 December 2005 Nandesuka blocked "User:71.108.159.41" with an expiry time of 24 hours (3RR violation (and then some) on September 11, 2001 attacks)
or
22:33, 2 December 2005 Nandesuka blocked "User:66.155.200.129" with an expiry time of 24 hours (3RR violation (with extra sockpuppet action) on Chabad Lubavitch)
However, the block has almost certainly expired by now, so I don't think it necessary to follow this up further. I would note, however, that, when replying to people you haven't heard of before, you CC your replies to them, as they are unlikely to be subscribed to the mailing list.

Well, he did say that he had subscribed to the mailing list. ;)

Touché.

He said he'd subscribed to the mailing list, but in fact did not (at least under this email address).
