What's the difference between these pages for images?
I recently had an image listed on PUI because I stupidly called it public domain when it actually fell under fair use. My reasoning for fair use was accepted, and it was removed from PUI. However unknown to me it was also listed on Copyvio the same day, where it remained undefended until it was deleted.
Are these pages supposed to overlap like that?

"Possibly unfree images" is for images without copyright information or those put up that aren't in breach of copyright but are under licenses deemed incompatible with Wikipedia.
"Copyright problems" is for those images thought likely to be in copyright violation by being on Wikipedia.
The two overlap a little bit, but the focus is different.
