I thought that User:Vera Cruz was banned, yet s/he is making edits, and just made [[Laurel Clark]]. Am I mistaken, and she's not been banned at all?
I don't much care whether she's banned or not, incidentally, but a lot of other people seem to, and I'm curious as to what's happened here.

She's banned. If she's on anyway, that's because of a technical issue only.
