Having been a victim of this patrol for one of my articles (WIUW) on Thanksgiving Day. I think that some of the specific people performing the task -- are a bit "too quick" without reading.

In my case, the radio station actually lifted content from my Wikipedia article written in March 2006 -- to update and improve their web site ---- but the editor assumed copyright infringement (his mistake).
