See http://abk24.livejournal.com/6260.html, pretty much routine now, when an astroturfing article gets removed we see a flood of brand new or anonymous users coming along to AfD and DRV because of our "censorship" and our violation of their "right" to promote their pet crank in the encyclopaedia.

I've come across these "petitions" all across the net. No big surprise. Perhaps votes casted by new users should be disregarded on the basis that their accounts were created solely to oppose the deletion of this article?
I agree with Pradad, unfortunately. New users often have problems understanding notability and verifyibility.

How inefficient. They should have just provided the URL of the edit link, rather than 3 screenshots and instructions how to navigate there.
