Lupin helped me get the dynamic navigation box stuff set up right. It now works while i'm logged in, and it should work for pretty much anyone in a modern browser, and it should fail quietly in ancient browsers. It's only in the monobook skin for now though.

It still has the show/hide thing at the top, but meh, I like it that way. Now the cabal members just need to unilaterally force these things on everyone else. Err....TINC...
