I agree. Several times I've nearly left this list because of the griefers. Bravo.

I'm editing the list info and welcome message text right now to emphasise this point. While a lot of the conversation is sincere but blunt, griefing is unwelcome, and querulous complaint wearies in extremely short order. (And as one of the sincere but blunt, even I'm trying to moderate my bluntness and I hope you can too.)
