It's right here in the BADSITE: http://wikipediareview.com/index.php?showtopic=20784 Merkey says he's planning on suing the Wikimedia Foundation, the individual members of ArbCom, and possibly other admins or editors. He's claiming that he has some kind of agreement (with the Foundation? with Jimbo? it's unclear) that prevents anybody connected with Wikipedia from banning him, so that his banning was a contractual violation; he also claims that banning him from Wikipedia was an act of stalking or harassment. This is all horseshit. Merkey is mad. Brad is almost certainly right here, a public discussion is definitely not in Wikipedia's best interest, or anyone affected. Maybe it's best if you don't answer, but would it be appropriate for the foundation, or any named individuals to make a comment to the effect of "Yes, a lawsuit has been filed" or "I have no knowledge of any actual filing"? Found it. Foundation-l, March 9 2008, in reference to Merkey's claims that in exchange for a donation he was put under Jimbo's protection (among other things), Jimbo said: "It's nonsense". (http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/foundation-l/2008-March/039553.html)

Not purporting to speak for anyone else, but on a scale of 0 - 10, my terror and apprehension levels on this would have to look way, way up, to reach zero.
