Late friday to early saturday UTC? Very unlikely to
happen. Most people I
know on a Friday night want to be out winding down from a week at work,
not sitting in front of their PC's editing Wikipedia. Friday night to
saturday morning is prime "relaxation" time, and I'd imagine the kind of
time most people would prefer to be putting their feet up, clubbing or
down the pub.
