I suggest creating a new project, called WikiGames. Let wiki addicts have an entirely separate server.

Erik created WikiNews, as an offshoot of en.wikipedia Current events. Why not create one more wiki?

I really believe in giving free rein to hackers (er, enthusiastic programmers who seek to extend the capabilities of computer systems). But once they've discovered something useful, it should be packaged in a way that the rest of us (mere mortals) can also enjoy and access. And they should also clean up their mess and move on.

How hard is it to set up a new wiki? Takes 30 minutes, right?

Or they can just go to http://games.wikicities.com/ as Erik suggested.
