True.
I have listed both victims and perpetrators, but I don't actually see what difference it would make to leave out the perpetrators, since everybody can easily take a look at the victims block log to find out who did the block.
Since action speaks louder than words, I guess that I've hit the mark. Otherwise the admins involved wouldn't have to hide the facts I've listed indefinitely.
