Since nobody else has mentioned it on this list, you should be aware that an ArbCom case is in progress now regarding the "attack sites" issue. It's already been termed a "circus" (and me one of the clowns).

It would be par for the "if you aren't with us you are against us" hysteria that has been coming from that general direction lately, to pull Daniel R. Tobias into the case for the terrible crime of criticizing the transparency and ethics of the arbcom and it's ethics.
I think the most interesting question, Fred, is why *you* aren't a party to the case... After all, you participated in the addition of a site to the SBL outside the scope of policy by knowingly using a false implication of official support for the action from arbcom and foundation staff to intimidated others from reversing that questionable action.
