This preemptive moderation proves I am on some sort of "blacklist". <<

This is a moderated list. Anyone who is not a subscriber to the list will have their posts to it delayed until a moderator notices and releases the post to the list.

The purpose is to prevent spamming and it's effective at preventing those who reads these lists from seeing lots of spam. It doesn't prevent the moderators from seeing the spam, so they do sometimes miss legitimate posts which have been buried in the spam.
