This exactly demonstrates how useless and unhelpful the definition of "NPOV" is--for your above statement tells interested third parties *absolutely nothing* about what NPOV is.
And I believe that the purpose of the NPOV policy is to guide people to writing clear, informative and unbiased prose. As you've demonstrated, it fails miserably to do so. It may result in superficially unbiased prose, but it does not do a good job of encouraging clarity or conveying information.
