Seriously though, considering his influential role in directing funding and legislation to develop the network and move it to the public and commercial sphere, probably about ten to fifteen years behind where we are now.
But then, such destructive behavior as the mindless parroting of false memes that denigrate real contributions to society is exactly why he wrote Assault on Reason, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised when discussions about the book prove his point.
