First of all "ALL ADMINs MUST make public and clear their identities in the first place." is completely false. Secondly, you can link a user account with an e-mail account without disclosing your personal identity. Thirdly, why not a week? As it says, you can re-join at any time. Lastly, what any of this has to do with trusted users using sockpuppets, I really cannot fathom.
