John, are you a sysop? You could be...
When an ip number writes stupid stuff like "you are gay" on a page, that's what we call "simple vandalism" and the ip number can be blocked (if necessary) by any sysop without any discussion. If we had to discuss every little instance like this, we'd never do anything but discuss them. :-)
