I trust that Jimmy managed to lose himself in the hazy world of multiple negatives and intended the opposite of what this statement would literally mean. Behaving in a divisive and inflammatory fashion is bad. The community recognizes that principle, even if it's sometimes a little slow to cast out the offenders.
