A centralised place, so that debates, and similarities between them, can most easily be spotted.

I don't know if you're looking at the "All information" thread, but I'm currently forming the idea that what's in/what's out is decided purely by whoever is voting on AfD at any given moment. I'm just not comfortable with that - it's not very "wiki" - so I'd like to see the debates held on talk pages. Just explaining my PoV, like :-).
