How we deal with trolls is problematic. A large part of it is people getting into random interpersonal conflict (normal) and failing to AGF (also normal, though policy says elsewise) and starting to assume the opponents are trolls. We also have some very dangerous insidious true troublemakers out there. I wish it was as simple as AGF or Instaban.
