I don't find it particularly abnormal that people sometimes avoid DR. Even Arbs.
DR can be very time and soul consuming. And every tiny thing can't go through it.
So instead of making a big issue about it, why not just create the redirect in the way I suggested?
Seems like a much simpler resolution.

Oh yes... I have been DRing for *three* years. I *know* how frustrating DR can be... This is exactly why I tried creating that redirect. Instead of showing a tiny bit of sympathy, arbitrators tend to do the contrary in great apathy.
I was however seeking a discussion on how arbitrators are treated like deities lately. Criticizing arbcom will get you branded as a troll as people are not showing the slightest bit of tolerance on an actual discussion on arbcom. This is a problem.
