Let's be fair, quite a lot of mailing list regulars top post and we've all accidentally spammed the contents of a digest at some point.

Pet hate: endless, repetitive discussions about top-posting, and endless references to "broken mailers" or mail that doesn't respect some RFC or another.
Would it be ok if I asked people who want to start these conversations to just do it directly to the person? It really doesn't concern the rest of us.
