We banned him for a year last February. He came back as user:Energybone, and the ban got reset last July (27th). That ban has now expired. --Mark
He's back but he's already been warned that he's being watched by a couple hundred users and if he starts up again he'll be promptly banned.

I wonder if the fact that the laser on the Hubble Space "Telescope" hit yet another space shuttle has any connection with him coming back....
