It has indeed disappeared, apparently into thin air. I daresay some friendly developer will be able to have a look into what's happened (it's the revision of 22:06 22 Nov 2002 that's missing).
In the meantime, I've re-uploaded an older version of it, one that is bigger than the missing version. You might want to shrink it as you did before.

No idea what happened. I've copied it back off the old server and restored that version to be current.
