Why is this an emergency? Why not just email the guy and let the issue sit until tomorrow? Wikipedia will not fall because a couple school stubs didn't get undeleted for 24 hours.

What makes you think it's an emergency?
I didn't email, as I explained earlier, because Neutrality has been completely unresponsive in the past with several of us who disagree with him regarding the presence of school articles in Wikipedia. Since I couldn't reasonably expect a response from Neutrality, I brought it to a place where I could count on thoughtful consideration and discussion of the issues involved.

I personally don't like school articles, but there was clearly no consensus to delete. I speedy undeleted it.
