I assume the rating system will have a form something like the following in the user interface? Simple is best.
This is an exemplary encyclopedia article: 0000000000000 Reduce Agree Increase This article is elementary-school-safe: 000000 Reduce Agree Increase This version of this article is trusted: 00000000 (Automated rating)

I'd oppose an "elementary-school-safe" rating; it'll just make it more tempting for vandals to insert obscene material into high-rated articles.
