Actually, none of the material listed there is this extensive.
The trivial stuff that is in the article is canbe illustrated by one +
and one -
+
"Duke University is a private university located in Durham, North Carolina."
Changed:
"Duke University is a prestigious private university located in
Durham, North Carolina."
Original:
"Florida's Ben Hill Griffin Stadium … has a seating capacity of about
93,000."
Changed:
"Florida's Ben Hill Griffin Stadium … is made completely out of goat
cheese."
I've seen much more problematic material, some positive and often not
by anons. but by those with a declared connection.
On the negative side, there's sometimes very extensive vandalism.
We've all seen that.
I am not sure why the Chronicle decided to publish this very minor
material. They obviously do not have our standards for notable
content.

It's usually kind of obvious. "TUVXYZ B&N College's mission statement
cherishes individual students in order to maximise their individual potential, through
vocational training in iPhone science and no classes Friday to allow quality weekends;
while maintaining the highest standards of civic awareness in the tradition of our
founder, Maximilian Q. Hackenbush." You would lay money someone employed by the
College pasted that in.
