Why don't you folk (including that ODA weirdo Contreras) take the time to read the http://www.VancouverUniversity.ca http://www.WorldwideUniversity.edu website.

They don't like us pointing out that "in 2003, USA Today included the institution in an article on diploma mills."

I did. Why don't you folk take the time to get a credible accreditation to answer your critics?

This sentence is kind of amusing: "This process is not primarily about further study. It is mostly about the 'assembling' and credentialing - by the issuance of degree and formal transcript - what you have already accomplished. "
Heh: But in various subjects, and in places which do not have a competitive or ideological axe to grind, we are well-known and highly respected. The media are not very helpful. Did you read in 1997 that the AAUA announced us runner-up in the prestigious global Khaladjian Award competition for Innovation in Higher Education (winner NY State U)? No, you didn't read it, because not a single newspaper or magazine - not even the locals in Vancouver BC or Bellingham WA - bothered to report the item. Also, you won't usually find us in 'authoritative' directories of universities, because we don't pay to be in them.
Hmm.

As a resident of the greater Vancouver area I take particular concern with such outfits. This a couple years ago I defensively registered the domain wikiversity.ca.
I can confirm that they are a registered charity in Canada. See https://apps.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/haip/srch/sec/SrchInput04Render-e?bn=8907957...
According to their most recent report they received $100 in income in their last reported fiscal year. :-) The circumlocutious writing style in their FAQs confirms the triple B principle: Bulshit Baffles Brains.
