"The Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach gGmbH (MFO) owns the copyright to most of the images used on this website. Those images labelled with "Copyright:MFO" can be used under the Creative Commons License Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 Germany."
Note that photos like this http://owpdb.mfo.de/detail?photoID=9473 which say "Copyright: George M. Bergman, Berkeley" are NOT CC-BY-SA! Only ones like this http://owpdb.mfo.de/detail?photoID=2598 which say "Copyright: MFO".

Just run my tool [1] on category "Mathematicians", depth 2, and you fill find quite a list of missing mathematician images...

This is wonderful news! We have struggled for some time to find free photos of many deceased mathematicians.
These ought to be upladed to commons (when they are uploaded); is there already a category established so we can see which ones are already uploaded? I will inform WikiProject Mathematics.
