I doubt that [[Wipipedia]] will be kept. It's far less notable than GNAA and its has absolutely no reliable third party sources. We know how GNAA ended up...
Speaking of GNAA, an anecdote. On reddit recently there was an article about some online collaborative whiteboard software that had just reached proof of concept. I tried it out. It was fun, you could draw on webpages and other people could see what you'd drawn. You could browse to wherever you liked, and the whole group would see it.
Then suddenly my screen was spammed to hell with pornography and millions of references to the GNAA. I found it rather funny.
So I guess they're not *that* obscure. I wished I could have found out more about them.

And here's another. A couple of years ago, I got curious about GNAA, and I was also getting curious about this Wikipedia thing that everybody was starting to talk about, and I realized: Wikipedia was probably the one place that would have some decent coverage of that topic, that nobody else (i.e. "conventional" media) would touch. So GNAA was the first thing I ever tried to look up on Wikipedia, and I was pleasantly gratified to discover that there was, in fact, an article, with just the level of information I was looking for. It also happened to be in the middle of its sixth or so AfD just then, so I promptly registered an account so I could vote for its retention.
So GNAA got me started with Wikipedia, and that's the truth.

The moral of this story is that sometimes "meatpuppets" end up becoming good faith editors.

I say the moral is that not everyone who wants to retain it is a troll.

Rather that not everyone who registers an account in order to vote at AFD is a 'meatpuppet', a term that gets bandied about a bit too much for my liking.

You don't even have to get an account. Anons are allowed to participate in AfDs too. At the same time, when you've got 20 accounts (anon or otherwise) whose only edit is to that AfD discussion, it's not a bad idea to think pretty carefully about whether those arguments should carry the same weight as the ones made by established editors.

Citizendium will probably have a GNAA article sooner than Wikipedia will consider reversing its deletion.

I wonder who the content experts will be for articles on internet trolls? I suspect that our pool of banned editors may prove a fertile recruiting ground :-)
