At first this one puzzled me, it was an announcement of a search tool called DEVONagent. The Wikipedia connection is that it comes with "plug-ins searching the Wikipedia encyclopedia, the Wiktionary online dictionary", and others. Kind of interesting to see people selling commercial software that automagically goes to WP for info.
