Hi everyone, In view of the recent death of the author, it is clearly still in copyright and this is owned by his heirs, if there are any. Is this a personal document or an 'official' one? If the latter then the copyright would be with the successors of the Germany Navy then, presumably the present German Ministry of Defense.
