It is tough to prove a negative. Outside of the RfC, we interacted as editors here on this talk page, it was quite constructive, in fact 172 made some good edits:

All my interaction on the RfC talk page was civil, with no attacks. As as part of the reporting of vandalism, I was required to post warnings on his and Lulu's talk pages. 172 accused me of harassing him. I asked him not to personally attack me, that this was just a required step. Here is that diff:
