I'd suggest we add a "Cite this version" link to the skins, but that might look like we're positioning ourselves as better than we are ;-)

Is the old suggestion for putting a link to WP:TOOLS into the sidebar still active? Rename it to something like advance features and you could put the cite thing an other useful stuff there.
