The message is clear: "fair use" images are not acceptable outside of the article space, and then only the article(s) which the image depicts. (A magazine cover with a car on it is only usable in the article about the magazine, not the car.)

I know thats our policy; wasnt sure if the copyright holders were quite so agreeable about it.
