You are free to vote to accept such cases, but I will not unless a majority of the mediation committee votes to refer the case or if Jimbo refers it.

Like me Mav represents no one other than himself. The obvious solution is for the mediation committee as a whole to request mediation if the mediator who has been working on the case requests it.
