Only 100 million edits according to the edit IDs, which actually misses out a lot of early history. According to Special:Statistics, we passed 100 million edits some time ago and we now have over 103 million, and even that is only since July 2002. There's another year and a half (which admittedly wasn't that active) of editing on top of that.
I'm Canadian and I was talking in metric, i.e 104857600 American edits.
