Hear hear.
I would much prefer all-admin-talk talk place on-Wiki where we can all see
what is and was said. To me that transparency is very important for the project. I am very pro-transparency.

How would such a proposal deal with sensitive information, such as personal details, or technical information that undesirables should not be privy too. ?

To both of you:
Let us know when you figure out a mechanism to prevent Wikipedia administrators from talking about Wikipedia stuff except on-wiki.

I would like to strike a blow for transparency by confessing that I shamefully did discuss Wikipedia's ongoing political disputes with another user whilst eating dinner last night, a conversation that has not been made public or recorded in any way.
I would further like another 8,710 offences to be taken into consideration.

This is disgraceful, Andrew! EVERY aspect of Wikipedia MUST be published on the wiki, regardless of the problems it may cause!! I also have a confession: I have my own IRC channel where I regularly plot the downfall of ArbCom and Jimbo, in order for me to become the supreme ruler of Wikipedia. All will bow to *me* :D
