Let's hope not!! It sounds too much like the bafflegab that we supposedly agree to when we instal another software package. Most people haven't got a clue about what they are agreeing to. They just know that if they don't agree the software won't work. Much of what is in these agreements involves the abandonment of legal protections that are normally provided by law.
Anons that create useful content *will* create an account if they are serious in their wikiwork.
They do eventually, so why pressure them before they are ready.
