Is what Fred is doing even legal under the GNU FDL? All he is doing is mentioning in the first edit summary where the article came from - there is no mention of its source in the article itself.
Doesn't our implementation of the GNU FDL require a link-back to the source Wikipedia article and a mention of the source in the article?
IMO each article that is based on a Wikipedia article should have the following section at the end:
==Reference== *Text adapted from [http://www.Wikipedia.org/wiki/Name_of_Wikipedia_article | Wikipedia]. Copied on {insert date that the content was copied here}
