"There is an internal autoblock expiry time variable, which is set to 24 hours, meaning that when a username is blocked indefinitely, their IP will be automatically unblocked 24 hours after they last accessed a page." This refers just to the "access" of a page, for an indefinite block. Now was I blocked "indefinitely" rather than "The duration of the block depends on the expiry time that was entered at the time of the block"?
The autoblocker is currently playing up. This means the times on the blocked IP page are overzealous. At present, admins are occasionally going through Special:Ipblocklist and unblocking expired blocks by hand.
(Admins, please have a look and do this. Note that *indefinite* blocks are incorrectly showing as either the time of the block or the time you loaded the page - don't unblock these!)
